The judging process

Regardless of budget, size of the project, or scale of the resource, entries will be judged objectively on their own merit. It's a fair playing field for large and small projects.

The jury will be looking for evidence of:

• Clear strategic thinking
• Creativity and innovation
• Tangible results and outcomes

After the panel has carried out their pre-judging, the judges will meet to discuss the entries and decide on the finalists, commendations, and award winners. The judge's decision is final, and they also reserve the right to move your entry into a category if they feel the project is better suited elsewhere.

The entry form is split up into sections such as "Confidential" and "For Publication"  to be clear which information will be published in the event of a nomination or win, please read the entry form carefully, so to upload any sensitive information into the appropriate fields. By entering these awards, you give the organizers the right to publish/exhibit screen grabs and/or submitted reports. If you wish to upload a modified /less commercially sensitive version for publishing purposes, please do so on the entry upload form under "Public entry report".

After the final deadline, the judging panel will sign an NDA before they are given access to read and look over your entry.

Sure! You can nominate yourself/colleague/client by completing this form with your details, and a member of The Drum team will be in touch if the application is successful.

We work very hard to make our panels as diverse as possible. We welcome applications from all.

More information regarding criteria can be found on the application form.
